As we proudly present the 2026 edition of The Women’s IP World Annual, we celebrate another significant milestone in a journey that began in 2019 with a clear vision: to recognise, support, and amplify the voices of women shaping the world of Intellectual Property law and innovation. What started as a focused initiative has evolved into a truly global platform, bringing together influential professionals, thought leaders, and innovators from across the international IP community.
Over the years, Women’s IP World has grown far beyond the pages of a publication. It has become a respected platform for knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and professional visibility, providing women across the IP sector with an opportunity to contribute insights, share experiences, and inspire the next generation of professionals entering the industry.
This year, we are especially proud to present the 2nd Edition of The Women’s IP World Ranking: Top 100 Influential Women Leaders in IP Law: Champions of Leadership, Innovation, and Global Influence 2026. Following the remarkable success of the inaugural ranking, this year’s edition once again highlights outstanding women from across jurisdictions who are making a meaningful impact on the global IP landscape through leadership, innovation, mentorship, legal expertise, and advocacy.
The response to this year’s ranking was truly inspiring. Women from around the world shared powerful professional journeys rooted in determination, resilience, and excellence. Each nomination underwent a careful and considered review process, recognising not only professional achievements but also broader contributions to the advancement and inclusivity of the IP profession.
From influential legal practitioners and policy contributors to innovators, educators, and business leaders, this edition celebrates women who continue to challenge boundaries and redefine leadership within intellectual property. Their stories reflect the strength, diversity, and progress of the global IP community while reinforcing the importance of representation and empowerment across the profession.
Beyond the magazine, we have continued to strengthen engagement through our podcast series, global collaborations, interviews, and industry initiatives designed to foster meaningful conversations and long-term connections within the IP sector. The continued growth of Women’s IP World would not be possible without the support of our contributors, readers, partners, and global community who continue to believe in our mission.
To all the women featured within this edition, thank you for sharing your journeys, expertise, and perspectives. To our contributors and readers, thank you for your continued trust and support. And to the women driving change across the world of intellectual property, your leadership continues to inspire the future of the profession.
We invite you to explore the Women’s IP World Annual 2026 and celebrate the remarkable women shaping innovation, leadership, and the future of intellectual property worldwide.
